Most of the eye hospitals and clinics are stand-alone specialty eye care hospitals and clinics. The hospital/clinic is run by doctors having post-graduation degrees in ophthalmology were included in the list. Moreover, only those with an appropriate degree and who were actively engaged in the practice if cataract surgery were included. Hospitals/clinics and clinics which do not have a full-time association with surgeons were not considered to be included in the list.
