We Lotus Eye Hospital offer 4 weeks short-term  stepwise training program in SICS & Phacoemulsification. The trainee surgeon is expected to be  an ECCE surgeon who is in touch with surgery.  Our specially designed stepwise short term training includes following components

1. basic techniques of Phacoemulsification in structured manner through video assisted dedicated lectures by senior consultants,
2. live surgery demonstrations
3. supervised hand on training up to 10 cases. You can get more number of cases if you are a quick learner.

We offer direct one to one teaching & supervised hands on sessions, where trainer will be giving you feedback. Facility for video recording of surgeries will be made available. With prior intimation, you may extend the training period by paying an extra cost. The training is available throughout the year.
