How to use ESLOC PCB & Motherboard Cleaning ?

Dilution of ESLOC PCB and Motherboard Cleaning Solution

•  Soiled PCB : Use 5 % diluted solution of ESLOC PCB and Motherboard Cleaning Solution (50 ml ESLOC PCB and Motherboard Cleaning Solution +100 ml part Water)

• USG Cleaning : Use 5 % diluted solution of ESLOC PCB and Motherboard Cleaning Solution (50 ml ESLOC PCB and Motherboard Cleaning Solution +100 ml part Water)

• Routine Cleaning : Use 1 % diluted solution of ESLOC PCB and Motherboard Cleaning Solution (10 ml ESLOC PCB and Motherboard Cleaning Solution +100 ml part Water)

Manual Cleaning

Immerse the item in a diluted solution of ESLOC PCB and Motherboard Residue Free Cleaning Solution. The items should be unassembled and unhinged, if possible.

Ultrasonic Contact time

Ultrasonic Contact time of 30 Sec to 5 min ( depending upon the item) should be allowed for the enzymes to perform their function in cleaning the surface adequately. Check and repeat again for 30 seconds if cleaning is incomplete.

Rinse with water

Cleaned instruments and surfaces should be rinsed thoroughly to remove enzyme residue from the PCB and Motherboard.
