Simple Solutions collects, directly or indirectly, and displays on the Website, relevant information regarding the profile , practice and services packages of the health care service providers listed on the Website, such as specialists and their specialization, qualification, fees, location, visiting hours, and similar details.

 Simple Solutions takes reasonable efforts to ensure that such information is updated at frequent intervals. Although Simple Solutions screens and vets the information and photos submitted by the health care service providers, it cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or incompleteness represented from it, despite such reasonable efforts.

The Services provided by Simple Solutions or any of its licensors or service providers are provided on an “as is” and “as available’ basis, and without any warranties or conditions (express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage or trade). Simple Solutions does not provide or make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied about the Website or the Services. Simple Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content or information provided by Users on the Website. If a User is dissatisfied with the Website, User’s sole remedy is to discontinue using the Website.

If Simple Solutions determines that you have provided fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information, including through feedback, Simple Solutions reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to the Website or any of your accounts with Simple Solutions and makes such declaration on the website alongside your name/your clinic’s name as determined by Simple Solutions for the protection of its business and in the interests of Users. You shall be liable to indemnify Simple Solutions for any losses incurred as a result of your misrepresentations or fraudulent feedback that has adversely affected Simple Solutions or its Users.

NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP; NOT FOR EMERGENCY USE

Please note that some of the content, text, data, graphics, images, information, suggestions, guidance, and other material (collectively, “Information”) that may be available on the Website (including information provided in direct response to your questions or postings) may be provided by individuals in the medical profession. The provision of such Information does not create a licensed medical professional/patient relationship, between Simple Solutions and you and does not constitute an opinion, medical advice, or diagnosis or treatment of any particular condition, but is only provided to assist you with locating appropriate medical care from a qualified health care service provider.

It is hereby expressly clarified that, the Information that you obtain or receive from Simple Solutions, and its employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, licensors or otherwise on the Website is for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, with respect to professional qualifications, quality of work, expertise or other information provided on the Website. In no event shall we be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information. The Services are not intended to be a substitute for getting in touch with emergency healthcare. If you are an End-User facing a medical emergency (either on your or another person’s behalf), please contact an ambulance service or hospital directly.

Client No-Show Policy.

What do we define as No  Show ?

When a client has booked an appointment for service but fails to  show up on the date of appointment at the pre-decided venue , it is called no show.

We refund the fee deposited by the client without any asking for any questions or clarification. At the same time we expect the client to either cancel or reschedule the appointment with the service provider rather than not showing up.

How do we confirm / document the No Show?

Service providers document the client’s reception by asking for clients id, a copy of which is shared with us. If the service provider fails to provide the document , we consider it as no show.

If the client consent  for the procedure/surgery , the service provides updates to us . We call the client to verify and release the payment for the service provider.

Can a client cancel the procedure after consent ?

After consenting for the procedure, the client has to be abided by the rule of the service provider. Clients have to settle the payment/refund and other expenses with the service provider , once the consent is given.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The user and the service provider can cancel the booking for an appointment any time before the scheduled time. Irrespective of who has cancelled the appointment, the fee submitted by the client is refunded.

Incase, After consultation, the patient/client refuses to consent for treatment, or service provider refuses to offer the treatment, 

The client has two options

1. Modify the booking as per his discussion with service provider.
2. Cancel the booking and get a refund.

If the client  has consented for the treatment, the client/patient is abided by hospital policy.

General Term and conditions

These terms and conditions are effective immediately for those registering accounts after that date and will become effective JAN 01, 2019.

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of http://www.solutions4health.in websites and mobile applications that link to or reference these Terms (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with Simple Solutions, an Indian corporation headquartered in Lucknow, India (“http://www.solutions4health.in “). Do not access or use the Site if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the Terms.

Please review them before you make each purchase since they may change from time to time. In the event of any conflict between the Simple Solutions  General Terms for Deals and Certificates and these Terms, the Simple Solutions General Terms for Deals and Certificates will prevail.

Similarly, if you create a business owner’s account on the Site or purchase advertising from simple solutions  , the Simple Solutions Advertising Agreement will apply. In the event of any conflict between the simple solutions  Advertising Agreement and these Terms, the Simple Solutions Advertising Agreement will prevail.

SUGGESTIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS

By sending us any ideas, suggestions, documents or proposals (“Feedback”), you agree that (i) your Feedback does not contain the confidential or proprietary information of third parties, (ii) we are under no obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Feedback, (iii) we may have something similar to the Feedback already under consideration or in development, and (iv) you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, prepare derivative works, publish, distribute and sublicense the Feedback, and you irrevocably waive, and cause to be waived, against

THE SIMPLE SOLUTIONS  ENTITIES DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY (i) INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, RELIANCE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, (ii) LOSS OF PROFITS, (iii) BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, (iv) REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR (v) LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA.

CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE

Indian law will govern these Terms, as well as any claim, cause of action or dispute that might arise between you and SIMPLE SOLUTIONS  (a “Claim”), without regard to conflict of law provisions. FOR ANY CLAIM BROUGHT BY EITHER PARTY, YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT AND CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN, AND THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF, THE STATE  COURTS LOCATED WITHIN LUCKNOW , CITY, INDIA

TERMINATION

  You may terminate the Terms at any time by closing your account, discontinuing your use of the Site, and providing SIMPLE SOLUTIONS  with a notice of termination here. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about what we do with your account when terminated.

  We may close your account, suspend your ability to use certain portions of the Site, and/or ban you altogether from the Site for any or no reason, and without notice or liability of any kind. Any such action could prevent you from accessing your account, the Site, Your Content, Site Content, or any other related information.

  In the event of any termination of these Terms, whether by you or us, Sections 1, 5, 6, 10 – 14 will continue in full force and effect, including our right to use Your Content as detailed in Section 5.

  The Terms, and any rights or obligations hereunder, are not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with SIMPLE SOLUTIONS ‘s prior written consent, but may be assigned or transferred by us without restriction. Any attempted assignment by you shall violate these Terms and be void.

  The section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
