It does not require sutures so patient is comfortable after surgery and does not require the repeat hospital visits.
Overnight stay is not required so patient can be allowed to go home after on the day of surgery.
Patient can resume household work and daily chorus after few days of Surgery.
Patient can see clearly at a distance but need reading glasses after surgery.
Patient can see both near and distance but some patients may need reading glasses after surgery.
